Simple sales mandate fees:

6% including tax of the displayed selling price of the signed mandate (asking price including our fees) at the expense of the buyer or seller

Exclusive sales mandate fees:

5% including tax of the displayed selling price of the signed mandate (asking price including our fees) at the expense of by the buyer or seller

Research mandate fees:

5% including tax of the displayed sale price (asking price including our fees) at the expense of by the buyer
